Lemon Herb Garlic Linguine

Directions
- 1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Sauté until the garlic is golden and fragrant—about 1 minute.
- 3Add in the cooked linguine, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Toss everything together, adding a splash of reserved pasta water to help emulsify the sauce and coat the noodles.
- 4Stir in the parmesan and chopped parsley, and season to taste with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- 5Plate and top with a final drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of parmesan, and a generous handful of Nutri Green microgreens. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing.
