Delivery & orders
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Winnipeg, and delivery is free on every subscription. Outside the city? Send us a note and we'll let you know when a route reaches you.
How fresh are the greens when they arrive?
Fresher than anything in a store. Your greens are cut, packed and delivered within 24 hours of harvest. Nothing sits on a shelf.
When will my box arrive?
We harvest to order and deliver across Winnipeg on set routes. You'll get a confirmation with your delivery day as soon as your order is in.
What if I'm not home for a delivery?
Leave drop-off instructions at checkout and we'll follow them. The punnets hold up fine for a few hours somewhere cool and shaded.
Subscriptions & your box
How does the box builder work?
You tell us who's eating, pick your favourite varieties and we recommend the right box. Each delivery is built from your favourites and that week's freshest harvest. If one of your picks isn't ready, we reach out before we swap anything — your box, your call.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Anytime. Skip a week when the fridge is full, pause for a holiday, or cancel whenever you like, right from your account.
What plans can I choose from?
Weekly, monthly or a one-time box. Monthly is our best value, and every subscription includes free delivery across Winnipeg.
Is there really a free sample in my box?
Yes. Every box comes with a free sample of a variety you haven't picked, so you can find your next favourite without gambling on a full punnet.
The greens
What are microgreens, exactly?
Young vegetable and herb seedlings, harvested just after their first leaves appear. All the energy the plant would spend growing big is still packed into those first leaves. Gram for gram, that can mean up to 40× the nutrients of full-grown greens, and a lot more flavour.
Are your greens organic?
Certified organic and non-GMO, grown right here in Manitoba. We won't ever sell you something flown in from a farm you can't see.
How should I store them, and how long do they last?
Keep them in their punnet in the fridge. Because they reach you within a day of harvest, they'll stay fresh for around a week, often longer. If a punnet ever lets you down early, tell us.
How do I actually use them?
Anywhere you'd use fresh herbs or salad greens. On eggs in the morning, in a sandwich at lunch, scattered over dinner just before it hits the table. Our recipe library sorts ideas by meal.
Do you supply restaurants or stores?
We do — chefs love getting greens the day they're cut. See our wholesale page for details.
