This mouthwatering dish combines the bold flavors of an Asian stir-fry with the richness of a perfectly seared ribeye steak.
Directions
- 1Season the Ribeye - Pat steak dry. Rub with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- 2Sear the Steak - In a hot skillet, sear ribeye for 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare), or to your liking. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- 3Cook the Noodles - Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 4Make the Stir-Fry Base - In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add onion, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- 5Add the Sauce - Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl. Pour over veggies. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes to thicken slightly.
- 6Combine with Noodles - Add noodles to the pan. Toss until evenly coated and heated through.
- 7Slice & Serve - Thinly slice ribeye steak against the grain. Serve over noodles or mix in gently. Garnish with green onions and an extra drizzle of sesame oil.
