Directions
- 1In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to form a marinade.
- 2Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours for deeper flavour).
- 3Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely charred with crisp edges. Internal temp should reach 165°F (74°C).
- 4Remove from grill and rest for 5 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
