- 1Start by patting the prawns dry with paper towel and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- 2In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat until bubbling. Add the garlic and chili, sautéing until fragrant—about 30 seconds (don’t let the garlic burn).
- 3Add the prawns in a single layer and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until they turn pink and are just cooked through. Stir in the soy sauce, honey, and lime juice. Let the sauce bubble and coat the prawns, about 1 more minute.
- 4Finish with lime zest and chopped cilantro. Toss everything together in the pan to coat the prawns in the spicy, buttery sauce.
- 5Plate the prawns with a drizzle of the pan sauce, top with Nutri Green microgreens, and serve with lime wedges and your choice of rice, crusty bread, or noodles.
